Luxor? in your dream!
Hahaha, as I am grinning while writing this post, I am imagining maybe that`s the line someone will say to me today.
15.02 local Netherlands time, I am dreaming a plane take me far2 away to the unknown continent. To one of it`s country, where it`s life is a gift from the Nile. But apparently this is not a right time for me to travel.
Last night I pray as my backpack is ready and a journey is set. After a goodbye and see you again with some friends. I pray if this journey is good for me, then make it easy and let me have a blissful one. Either way let me not go at all. If more danger wait me in the far land. And thats it, when I check in at the airways counter, the officer she can not let me go. My passport is not valid til 6 month by my returning date to Netherlands. There is a change in their rule exactly in 1 January 2011, which state your passport should valid til 6 months. Earlier it is 4 months. I am stunned, I already get my visa but I still can not go? grrr. How should I know that the rule is changed? The embassy granted my visa and said it is no problem to travel even my passport last til June only.
And here I am, sitting in my room and grinning. A big big grin. Start to think my window as airplane window hihihih. Anyway I should back to reality soon. I still can have it another time. And the good news is the travel agency refunds my ticket. So it is not a problem
.
Lets see the bright side
. I can prepare for my exam better (really?). I can focus to my thesis (really?). I believe this is for the best anyway hehe.

One day before your departure date, I read news about Tunisia. Suddenly I worried about Egypt and your plan to go there, for Tunisia is a country-next-door of Egypt. Well, on that day the pharaoh’s country was safe enough, but now you see what happened there. Maybe it’s nice that Luxor just stay in your dream
Btw if you have another plan, I’ll vote Turkey
nearly as hurt as my story last december …
your 2nd sentence in the last paragraph are soooo “really?” =))
